Master of Science (M.Sc.) Food Science & Nutrition is a 2-year postgraduate course in Mount Carmel College. The students get an advanced knowledge in the discipline of food science, safety and nutrition. The students are taught the importance of health, food quality and safety, and how to tackle and manage growing food production. The students learn all the intricacies of food production and processing. They are also taught the fundamentals and lessons related to Chemistry, Biology, Nutrition, and Chemical Engineering.
