Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) Conservative Dentistry is a 3-year postgraduate course at The Oxford Dental College and Hospital. Conversative teaches the student how to prevent and treat diseases and injuries that originates in the teeth. After graduation, the student will be specialised in medicating diseased or fractured teeth and restore it with materials that are acceptable biologically. It teaches students how to perform root canal treatments and associated surgical procedures.
