A student seeking admission in this course needs to be a BDS or MBBS from a recognized institute. The students are taught community oral health, oral health promotion, provision and funding of oral health care and issues in the planning and management of public oral health services. After graduating from this course, a practitioner is hired as a Community Counsellor, Community Program Manager, Family Physician, Community development Expert and Public health inspector, etc.
