Post Basic Diploma Oncology Nursing is an 11-month diploma course offered in KIDWAI Memorial Institute of Oncology. The duration of the course is 11-Months short term. The course is intended for registered nurses who have completed their B.Sc Nursing/GNM course. Oncology Nursing course is outlined to present the information regarding ports, chemotherapy drug treatment, minor surgical methods, brachytherapy, controlling the general manifestations and to treat cancer ill and patients. The students who complete the course can become Oncology Clinical Nurses, Research Scholars, Lecturers etc. And also work in NUrsing colleges, pharmaceutical organisations.
