Candidates should have completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE)/ B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering/ Information Science/ Electronics & Communication Engineering/ Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering/ Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering/ Telecommunication Engineering/ Instrumentation Technology/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ BioMedical Engineering/ Medical Electronics programs with not less than 50% marks in aggregate of all the semesters/ years of the degree examination or passed the Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers (AMIE) exam in the appropriate branch (45% for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates). They should have cleared the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) in Electronics & Communication (EC), Information Technology (IT) or Electrical & Electronics (EE) with qualifying marks.
