Master of Science (M.Sc.) Food Science and Technology is a 2-year postgraduate programme in Faculty of Life and Allied Health Sciences, M. S. Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences. The programme is designed to train the food engineers to understand and apply the latest scientific knowledge of the specialized field, acquire professional familiarity with the various fields of natural and technical sciences and apply such professional food-related knowledge creatively in the different branches of the food industry.
