Master of Science (M.Sc) in Nursing in Child Health Nursing is a 2-year postgraduate program offered to those aspiring to study advanced Clinical Nursing in Child Health. The students develop advanced nursing skills to tackle various Paediatric medical and surgical conditions. They are required to submit a research dissertation as part of the curriculum. Subjects taught include Pathophysiology of Paediatric Medical Disorders, Paediatric Pharmacology, Administration and Management of Paediatric Care Unit, and High Risk Newborn Disorders.

The candidates should have passed the Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Nursing/ Post Basic Bachelor of Science (P.B.B.Sc) in Nursing with 50% aggregate marks in their qualifying examination. They should have a one year experience certificate in nursing after completing their Bachelor’s degree. The upper age limit is 45 years as on May 31st of the year of admission.
