Doctor of Medicine (MD) Mahiyat Ul Amraz (Pathology) is a 3-year post-graduate programme at National Institute of Unani Medicine (NIUM), Bangalore. This course is for students of Unani Medicine who hold a BUMS degree and want to pursue advanced knowledge in the field of Pathology as prescribed by this system of medicine. Some of the subjects in the course include Ilmulahwal, Mahiyat Ul Amraz Nizami, and Ilmul Jaraseem. Upon completion of this course, Unani practitioners work as Pathologists as prescribed by Unani.
