Master of Science (M.Sc) Applied Genetics is a 2-year postgraduate course in The Oxford College of Science. The students are given advanced knowledge in applied genetics. It is a study of genes that reveals information about a persons’ DNA that has been accumulated over the evolution of a man. The students are taught the application of genetics in molecular biology, developmental biology, medical sciences, agriculture, horticulture, etc. The students at the end of the course can become a research scientist.
