People's Education Society University, also known as PES University, was established in the year 1972 as PES Institute of Technology. It was renamed in 2013 when it attained university status by the Government of Karnataka. The University is situated in Bangalore and is one of the country’s top destinations for leading teaching and research.
PESU is managed by the People's Education Society (PES) that was founded in 1972 in Bengaluru with around 40 students. 4. If the candidates are satisfied and are desired to seek PES Hostel accommodation, may go ahead with the hostel admission procedure.
1. Introduction of the Local Guardian (LG). The LG must be more than 35 years old and must have a proper identification that has to be introduced to the warden or the assistant manager.
2. After the approval by the hostel warden, the candidates must register and attend the briefing session along with parents, students, and the guardian.
3. The students must also submit the duly filled hostel application form with all the required enclosures and documents.
4. After all the necessary procedures, the candidates must pay hostel fees through DD drawn in favour of PES University Hostel. An acknowledgement will be given, confirming the provisional admission to the hostel.
PES University has various sports facilities from cricket to basketball, athletics to yoga, etc. The students can stay fit in any way they choose. The university facilitates the students to allow them to have their skills. The PES sports teams have won much acclaim for their performance in various tournaments.
