Sri Venkateshwara Dental College and Hospital is a private dental college in Bangalore established by Nehru Smaraka Vidya Kendra in 1992. In 2000, the college was taken over by Academy of Liberal Education.
The college offers only BDS courses and the annual intake is 40 seats. The college is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and is approved by the Dental Council of India. All admission is through NEET exam.
Sri Venkateshwara Dental College and Hospital gained a lot of importance for providing the best dental health education in Karnataka. The facilities provided by the college are:
1. Lecture Halls: The college has lecture halls are fully-fitted with state of art equipment and projectors.
2. Central Library: The college has a huge library with all the 2500 books in all medical and dental subjects for the students to refer. Almost 100 students can sit and read at a time in the library.
3. Laboratories: There are well-equipped laboratories for students can practise their practical knowledge.
4. Dental Clinic: College has its own dental clinic, where students can practice.
