B. Sc. in Renal Dialysis Technology is a 4-year undergraduate degree including 1 year internship provided at Dr B R Ambedkar Institute of Paramedical. The course is designed for the students to prepare them to administer haemodialysis treatments for patients with renal failure, under the supervision of a nurse or physician. A dialysis technician has a thorough knowledge of how a dialysis machine functions. They help remove the excess water and fluids accumulation in a patient’s body due to renal failure or kidney diseases.
