The Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) course structure at Krupanidhi College of Pharmacy covers topics such as Human Anatomy and Physiology, Pharmaceutics, Pharmacognosy, Pathophysiology, and Pharmaceutical Engineering among others. After the third or the fourth year, the student also goes through at least a hundred and fifty hours of practical training, covered in at least forty five days, from CSIR Research Labs or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Houses or Approved Hospitals.

The candidate must have passed their 10+2 examinations with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of Mathematics/ Computer Science/ Biology/ Biotechnology. They must have obtained at least 40% (35% for candidates belonging to reserved categories) aggregate marks. Candidates who have passed D.Pharm from an institute recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India are also eligible for this course and they can get direct admission to the second year. The minimum age limit is 17 years.
