Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) (Hons.) Dialysis Therapy Technology (DTT) is a 3-year full-time undergraduate course and a 1-year internship at Faculty of Life and Allied Health Sciences, M. S. Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences. The students are prepared on how to administer haemodialysis treatments under the supervision of a physician or nurse for patients with renal failure. The students are taught basic anatomy, physiology, dialysis, and many more. After completing the course, the students can become Dialysis Technicians who help remove the excess of wastes and fluids in the blood of the patients with renal failure or kidney diseases.
