Bachelor of Public Health (BPH) at MVM College of Allied Health Science is a 4-year full-time course affiliated to the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS). The course includes a 1-year training period where students are trained in the college’s own hospitals that are recognized by the Government of Karnataka. Through the BPH course, students learn about the local and global health issues and ways to improve the health of a community or society. The course commences in the month of August every year. Some of the subjects covered during the course include Basics of Public Health, Introduction to Human Anatomy and Physiology, General Pathology, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Demography, Environmental Health and Health Systems Management.
