Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) is a 5.5-year full time undergraduate course in Ayurveda including 1-year internship. The course curriculam include Padartha Vigyan And Ayurved Itihas, Dravyaguna Vigyan, Maulik Siddhant Avum Ashtang Hridaya, Charak Samhita, Rachana Sharir, Rasashastra along with Uman Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology and Diagnostic Procedures. It also teaches the principles of medicine, pharmacology, toxicology, and many more.

Candidates must have passed 10th/ 10+2 or equivalent examination with a minimum aggregate marks of 50% in subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English (45% for physically challenged candidates, and 40% for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates). They must have qualified in NEET UG examination. They must have attained the age of 17 years on or before December 31st of the year of admission.
