Diploma in Operation Theatre Anesthesia Technology is a 2-year diploma course at Rajarajeswari Medical College and Hospital. The students are taught how to take direct and indirect care of patients at the time of operation, before and after the operation. They learn how to assist surgeons during a surgical procedure and learn how to set up equipment at the operation theatre. They can work as an Anesthesia Technologist or Operation Theatre Technician after completing the course.
