The Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) is a full time 2-year course at the Visveswarapura Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences. It also includes 500 hours of practical training, spread over a period of at least 3 months at a government hospital or pharmacy recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI). The course syllabus includes subjects such as Medicinal Biochemistry, Pharmaceutics, Community Pharmacy, and many more.
