Master of Doctor (MD) Emergency Medicine is a 3-year postgraduate course at Vydehi Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre. The students are taught how to prevent, diagnose, manage any urgent aspect of an illness or injury. It is the same for all age groups, physical and behavioural disorder. The course includes a broad field of knowledge that includes general medicine and surgery. These students after completing the course will practice in hospital emergency departments.
