Doctor of Medicine (MD) Physiology is a 3-year-long postgraduate course in Rajarajeswari Medical College and Hospital. The students are taught the normal biological function of the body and how abnormal functions in human diseases are treated. The students are taught how to do translation research and develop new methods to treat a disease. At the end of the course, the students can work in colleges and universities as professors, hospital administrator, healthcare service and military service.
