Doctor of Medicine (MD) Radio-Diagnosis is a 3- year-long postgraduate course in Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Medical College. The students are offered advance insight into subjects like Radio Physics, Basic Concepts, Production of X-Rays etc. They are also taught to use medical imaging techniques such as x-rays, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), etc. A graduate of MD Radiology can become a Radiologist, Radiology Technologist/ Radiographer, CT Tech/ CAT Scan Technologist/ CT Scan Technologist, Radiology Technicians, MRI Technician, Ultrasound Technician/ Diagnostic and Medical Sonographer.
