Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) Commerce is a 3-5 year doctoral programme in Business Studies and Social Sciences, Christ (Deemed-to-be) University, Hosur. The course aims at training professionals and teachers in the skills and competencies related to Accounting & Finance. One can also do the systematic investigation of various issues like the management of risk, valuation of financial assets, operation of capital markets etc. that are useful for an understanding of the theory and practice of investment and finance.
