Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences is a combination of naturopathy and yoga, both of which are centuries old healing and treatment methods. Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences are part of integrative medicine and combines the best of both with modern medicine. Naturopathy, basically a kind of drugless therapy, uses herbs, massages, exercises and nutritional therapies while Yoga is an ancient physical, spiritual, and mental practice from India, that is now globally accepted for its role in keeping people active and healthy.
As people are gradually shifting toward natural and traditional therapies, treatment methods like naturopathy and yogic sciences will see a sharp rise in use.
