Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) is the basic degree in pharmaceutical sciences. The course duration is four years for regular students and three years for lateral students. To be eligible for B.Pharm admission, one must have passed 12th standard or equivalent in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. Students must have completed 17 years on or before December 31 of the year of admission. After completing your 12th standard, you’ll have to attempt the Karnataka Common Entrance Test conducted by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) for admissions to pharmaceutical colleges in Bangalore or by respective universities for admission to their pharma programme.
